Our Directors have 17 years of forestry experience as well as strong business and financial backgrounds. We currently have offices in Costa Rica, Panama, Spain and the United Kingdom and are involved in programs dealing with conservation, reforestation and renewable energy.
We design and develop environmental projects around the world, opening a percentage of each project to external investment. We invest heavily in all our projects and work with a team of lawyers, accountants and trustees to create a safe and practical investment structure for each investment opportunity we offer. By selling small parts of our projects, we facilitate greater environmental benefits than we would achieve on our own, as well as offering ethical, safe and diverse investment products with unrivalled returns.
The Princess Project
The Princess Project, based in Panama, has been open to investors since 1st September 2009. A sustainable timber plantation, the Princess Project boasts a simple annualised ROI of 15.1% p.a., which is guaranteed by an insurance policy for the full 20 years investment term.
The project delivers various environmental benefits, from Carbon sequestration to soil regeneration, as well as socioeconomic benefits to local communities. Unlike most timber investments which leave your money tied up for 25-30 years, Princess Project returns are paid at the end of year 5 and thereafter every 5 years.
The Carbon Offset Forestry Project is now closed to investors, having sold out in July 2009. The project helps to conserve and replace the Costa Rican rainforest by purchasing non-protected primary and secondary rainforest from private vendors thus preventing it from being destroyed. The rare animals and birds who inhabit this rainforest are saved from possible extinction, as well as the precious rainforest plants that absorb the CO2 from our atmosphere.
