The Silva Tree Carbon Offset Forestry Project, based in Costa Rica is a Carbon offset project based on REDD activities (avoided deforestation). Investment returns are achieved from the sale of the Carbon offset credits granted. The Project is subject to regular third party monitoring and is fully verified and accredited by internationally recognised bodies to ensure maximum environmental benefit, investor security and Carbon offset credit value.

Prices

Prices start at $12000 for one unit of land (5000 m2) which produces 200 carbon offset credits per year. These are sold for a market value of $10 each, giving you an initial annual return of $2000 per unit.
